Dynamic Leadership for Sustainable Improvement: Building on our Assets
Outcomes
A. SYSTEMS - Participants will build upon their knowledge of the role and specific characteristics of dynamic leadership in developing skills to sustain a coherent, resilient, equitable educational system.
B. PEOPLE - Participants will continue to devleop the capacity to lead and facilitate conversations and collaborations across systems in order to identify priorities and leverage resources for accelerating achievement and closing gaps.
C. TOOLS - Participants will further examine current practices and systems to identify and implement practical and effective tools to achieve dynamic leadership for the benefit of all learners.
Symposium Focus
The 2010 Leadership Symposium will focus on leadership knowledge, strategies, and tools that create organizational shifts leading to highly effective and coherent practices that improve academic performance and close all gaps.
